The 体育运动 多样性 Subcommittee 负责多样性 & Inclusion planning 和 programming for UIU’s 体育运动 Department. This includes programming/discussion opportunities for student-athletes, as well as professional development opportunities for coaches 和 工作人员 within the department.

The Multicultural Subcommittee is responsible for building cross cultural interactions aimed at increasing multicultural awareness 和 appreciation across the 大学 through the celebration of heritage months 和 other 事件 that facilitate dialogue, raise awareness of diverse experiences, 和社区的建设.

”+小组委员会 is responsible for promoting the wellbeing of LGBTQ+ students, including but not limited to working with SAGA (Sexuality 和 Gender Acceptance); celebrating Pride Month 和 LGBTQ+ 历史 Month, among other gender diversity 事件; 和 organizing Ally Training;

The Human Resources Subcommittee is responsible for facilitating the recruitment, 保留, 和 promotion of a diverse 和 inclusive workforce throughout the employment life cycle, 和 encouraging all employees to pursue educational opportunities to help enhance 和 uphold cultural competency.

The Accessibility Subcommittee is responsible for analyzing UIU learning platforms 和 spaces to ensure accessibility for all 和 raising disability awareness through various communications, 项目和活动.

Students are encouraged to report such incidents to the AVPSL or designee.
